Help Harvest House "Change" a Life

Thank you for your support!  Please continue your support this year, as the Baby & Children's Ministry will continue to grow to serve even more families in the years to come.

Many groups helped when the campaign kicked off.  Your donations in support of Bottles for Babies TM were critical during the first weeks of the campaign.   Your early donations gave many more groups the incentive to join in to support this worthy cause. Additional groups and many individuals helped in November and December 2010.  Your donations to Bottles for Babies TM were critical for helping us reach our goal during the home stretch.   We know how busy everyone is preparing for Christmas, so your effort was exceptional.    Thank you all for your generous support!!   Thank you Christos Foundation!

More about Bottles for Babies TM  .......

It's easy!  Simply take as many baby bottles (which Harvest House can provide) as you want for you, your friends, church, youth group. club, school, etc. and throw your loose change into the bottle each day.  The length of time you keep the bottle is determined by your group.  For example, you could run the campaign in the weeks between Mother's Day and Father's Day, or the seasons of Advent or Lent, or nine weeks to represent nine months of pregnancy.  Whatever works best for you!  Once the bottles are filled, return them to Harvest House where they will be counted and the total reported back to you.  You will be surprised how fast the coins (and bills) add up.  The money from this campaign supports the Baby and Children's Ministry and is used to purchase items such as socks, underwear and crib mattresses for the children.

Please see the article below which was in a past newsletter for more information on this exciting challenge, which has helped us earn an additional $6,000 this year.  Also, check out the December newsletter for the update!   Thank you for your support!!
