Harvest House is the former South Presbyterian Church and Sunday school building.  The main building includes: a gymnasium; fully equipped kitchen; dining room seating 90; a conference room with a table that seats 18 people; a game room with air hockey, skee ball, pool table, pin ball, foosball, two video games and a juke box - all free; a main sanctuary seating 300 people with an Austin 17 rank, 1,544 pipe organ and a grand piano; an intimate second floor chapel with free spiritual library; five carpeted livingroom style meeting rooms in various sizes holding from 15-90 people.  The building has 13 toilets, 18 sinks, and 10 private showers.  Harvest House has an elevator providing access to all rooms except the gymnasium.  The building is equipped with panic hardware on all exterior doors, exit lights and central fire and burglary protection.

Spiritual functions and retreats are held in comfortable, carpeted living room settings.  Each room has individual heating controls.  Three rooms have A/C.  The largest room can comfortably seat 45 people on living room furniture or 90 people by adding folding chairs.  Sleeping is dormitory style on couches or on the carpeted floors.  Sleeping mats can be provided.  Groups prepare their own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen.

The Harvest House facilities are available to any Christian denomination group for retreats, prayer services, Bible Study and other spiritual programs.

Users must provide a retreat team leader and bring their own food, bath towels, pillows, blankets, toiletries, etc.

Our User's Guide is available upon request via email or fax.

We have all the kitchen supplies (you need to bring your own food) and bathroom supplies in stock, but if you would like to help by donating some supplies as well, here are some ideas:

Bottled Water, Coffee, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Condiments for the Kitchen, Any other necessities for your comfort during your stay.

The use of the Harvest House facilities is on a donation basis.  For the many groups who have insisted on guidelines, the Board of Directors have come up with the following suggestions:

$8 per person per day

$20 per person overnight

$45 per person for weekend

$90 per person per week

If you can afford more, it would be appreciated and if you need to pay less, that is also acceptable.

Please remember that your donation helps pay for utilities and upkeep.

During the busy summer months, the minimum number for weekly retreats is 20 people or $1,000.
