Good Neighbors Health Care provides medical & dental care, and counseling services to adults who are uninsured or under-insured. The clinic is operated by a volunteer medical staff and is supported by donations. Education and Outreach Services are provided by our social workers and care linkage specialists.

WHAT WE OFFER 

Services are given on a first-come, first served basis, no appointment is necessary. Doors open 30 minutes before clinic sessions begin. Our service providers are volunteers and a limited number of patients are seen in each session.                                    Good Neighbors charges a $20 administrative service fee per visit, however, during the COVID-19 crisis, all services are free of charge. 

                           

Donations are gratefully requested.

Primary Medical Care

Wednesday 8:00am - 11:00am

& Thursday 5:30pm - 7:30pm

Services include Health promotion and education, diagnosis and treatment of common acute and chronic illnesses, physicals, prescriptions and referrals to free or low-fee specialty services.  Please note that we currently do not offer PPD's.  Through a collaboration with Kaleida and the New York State Department of Health/AIDS Institute, we also provide outreach and care for young adults who are a risk for HIV, STI's, substance abuse and/or youth experiencing homelessness.

Dental Care

Complete dental exams, cleanings, extractions, and fillings.

Wednesday & Thursday

Certified social workers, mental health professionals, and lay ministers help with spiritual, social and emotional support services.

Advocacy and Insurance Enrollment

Wednesday & Thursday 

Help to obtain free or low-cost health insurance.
