Good Neighbors Health Care provides medical & dental care to adults who are uninsured or under-insured. The clinic is operated by a volunteer medical staff and is supported by donations. Education and Outreach Services are provided by our social workers and care linkage specialists.

WHAT WE OFFER 

Services are given on a first-come, first served basis, no appointment is necessary. Doors open 30 minutes before clinic sessions begin. Our service providers are volunteers and a limited number of patients are seen in each session.  Our frontline staff have received the COVID-19 vaccination. All services are free of charge.  Donations are gratefully accepted.

Primary Medical Care

Thursdays at 5 pm

 

School Physicals K-12 Thursdays 5 pm (we do not provide immunizations)

Services include health promotion and education, diagnosis and treatment of common acute and chronic illnesses, physicals, prescriptions and referrals to free or low-fee specialty services. 

All of our services are free of charge.

Are you interested in learning more about the COVID-19 vaccine?

Our medical providers are here to help you learn more about the vaccine.

We'll also help you make a COVID-19 vaccine appointment in your community.  

​

Through a collaboration with Community Services and the New York State Department of Health/AIDS Institute, we also provide outreach and care for young adults who are a risk for HIV, STI's, substance abuse and/or youth experiencing homelessness.

Through a collaboration with The City of Buffalo and HUD (Housing and Urban Development), we offer housing assistance and referral services for individuals living with a chronic illness.

Dental Care

          Complete dental exams, cleanings, extractions, and fillings.

All services are free of charge.

Counseling

                        Wednesdays at 8 am                          Thursdays at 5 pm

Certified social workers, mental health professionals, and lay ministers help with spiritual, social and emotional support services.

Advocacy and Insurance Enrollment

Wednesday & Thursday 

Help to obtain free or low-cost health insurance.
