Chief Executive Officer /President
Brandy Loveland

Brandy Loveland is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), Economic Mobility & Trauma Specialist, and social justice advocate. She is a graduate of the John R. Oishei Fellowship for Leaders of Color and the National Institute of Non-Profit Practice Core Leadership Program. She earned a BA in Social Work from Syracuse University, an MA from the University at Buffalo, and holds a NY State Licensure for social work. Brandy leads our trauma mitigation and resiliency team, focusing on family of origin, relationship issues, stress management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and personal growth, utilizing a multidimensional approach to therapy; exploring each individual's biological, psychological, social and spiritual needs.
Chief Financial Officer
Bridget Lutz

Bridget Lutz has 40+ years' experience in bookkeeping and accounting. Bridget works with the Board Finance Committee to ensure financial accountability throughout the organization. She also leads the Housing Team to implement homelessness prevention and rapid rehousing programs. She has developed a passion for making sure women and children have their basic needs met, leading our annual Baby Shower & Diaper Drive. Bridget worked for the Army Corps of Engineers while her husband, Kris, served in the AirForce, where she was awarded for her work establishing detailed financial and filing systems. She also has experience in property management, IT, event management, and is a Notary Public.
Financial Assistant
Peter Faduski

Peter Faduski works alongside the Chief Financial Officer to record all the financial transactions of the company, as well as process invoices, purchase orders, payroll, and grant management. He has experience with payment processing, data processing, inventory control, and property management.
New Hope Education Program Manager
Arianna Wink

Arianna Wink, MBA MSW works alongside community education and business partners to build a pathway to employment for low-income individuals from underserved communities. Arianna manages day-to-day operations of the New Hope Education Center, oversees our front-line navigation team, and manages our First Fruits Food Pantry. Arianna came to Harvest House as a social work intern from SUNY Buffalo where she helped develop our Wellness in Action and Trauma Informed Care initiatives.

John Jarnot

John Jarnot assists in the creation and execution of successful community engagement and stewardship initiatives to secure the resources needed to advance Harvest Houses’ mission and strategic goals. He works closely with the Executive Team to build our “case for support,” both throughout the community we serve and with our funding partners.
Housing Director
Celina Bryan

Celina Bryan directs the Continuum of Care (COC) Grant Program. This position is part of a grant-funded collaboration with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Celina works with a multidisciplinary team to assist people to maintain or quickly regain housing stability after experiencing a housing crisis and/or homelessness.

Darwin Rosales

Darwin Rosales Directs Housing Opportunities Programs. This position is part of a grant funded collaboration with the City of Buffalo and The Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency. Darwin works with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic housing and case management support services. He is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.

Mercedes Ruiz

Mercedes Ruiz develops and maintains filing systems and data entry for housing programs. She also works to connect clients to housing, job training, workforce development, access to healthcare, and other support services internally at Harvest House and in the community.

Kendra Calhoun

Kendra Calhoun works to ensure clients quickly regain stability in permanent housing after experiencing a housing crisis and/or homelessness. She is passionate about providing holistic supportive services, providing patient/client centered care to her clients.
Enhanced Services Team Lead Transportation Screener/Navigator
Nick Crocco

Nick Crocco is our team lead for client engagement for our enhanced services collaborative with the WNY Integrated Care Collaborative. He assists with screening, linkage, and navigation assistance for individuals in underserved communities who are enrolled in Medicaid. This position ensures that individuals are linked and navigated to safety-net services both at Harvest House and throughout the community.

Teqeyla Butler

Corey Stinnett

Corey Stinnett works to improve access to screening, navigating and enhanced services to those in need. Corey also provides food services for those who qualify in the Buffalo area. Corey came to Buffalo from working at the Dream Center in Los Angeles which provides housing, food and medical assistant to those in the surrounding areas.
Good Neighbors Program Manager
Kailey McDonald

Kailey McDonald works to improve access to medical and dental care for the uninsured, underserved, and working poor. Kailey manages day-to-day medical and dental operations, develops research and Food As Medicine initiatives, and coordinates schedules for volunteer medical, dental providers, and pre-medical and medical students. She came to Harvest House as part of a SUNY Buffalo Social Impact Fellowship. Kailey is a Ph.D. candidate in the Global Gender and Sexuality Studies department at UB.

Carmella Hanley

Carmela Hanley is an experienced dental assistant, working alongside our volunteer dental providers and dental students, preparing examination and surgical rooms, ensuring equipment sterilization for a surgically clean environment, and coordinating triage for patients.

Mirtha Carmona

Mirtha Carmona supervises the day-to-day operations of the Baby & Children’s Ministry. She is passionate about providing children living in poverty with clothing, safe cribs, car seats, educational toys, books, and linkage to care. She is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish and works to provide holistic support services to both children and their caregivers.

Crystal Gonzalez

Crystal Gonzalez ensures that everyone who comes in our door is given personalized trauma informed care as they are navigated to services both at Harvest House and throughout the community. Crystal has extensive experience in community outreach and effective customer communication and is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
