Good Neighbors Hours
Good Neighbors Health Care provides free
Medical & Dental services to adults who are uninsured or under-insured and do not have access to medical or dental care.
Good Neighbors is operated by medical & dental providers and students who volunteer their time in service to the community. Education and Outreach Services are provided by
Harvest House staff, social workers, and care linkage specialists.
This service is meant for individuals who have no other option for medical or dental care.
If you have insurance, please make an appointment with your care provider or an urgent care service.
Good Neighbors Health Care depends on donations to provide these services.
Medical
At Good Neighbor Medical Care, we know access to healthcare is essential to
overall health and wellbeing.
Our Primary Medical care program offers preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services for adults 18+.
We ensure every community member receives access to care, regardless of their financial situation.
Services include

Health promotion and education

Diagnosis and treatment of common and chronic illnesses

Work physicals, PPD’s, & Flu shots

Prescriptions and referrals to free or low-fee specialty services

We do not prescribe narcotics
NOTE: We do not provide sports physicals or immunizations
Dental
At Good Neighbors Dental Care, we know dental health is essential to overall health and well-being.
Our Dental care program offers preventive, diagnostic, and dental treatment services for adults 18+.
We ensure every community member receives access to care, regardless of their financial situation.
We do not make appointments. All patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open 30 minutes before clinic sessions begin.
A limited number of patients are seen each session. All services are free of charge. Donations are gratefully accepted.
From routine cleanings to more complex dental procedures, our team is here to support your oral health needs with dignity and respect.
