Safe, stable housing is the foundation of personal security. Our housing programs, available by referral only, address immediate needs and build pathways to long-term stability for qualified participants. We do not provide on-site housing.

Are you or your family enrolled in Medicaid Managed Care? If so, we can offer you enhanced support for things like housing services, nutrition, or transportation through the NYS Medicaid 1115 waiver program.

The Enhanced Service Program (ESP) is designed to help NYS Medicaid managed care members access resources to address unmet health related social needs.

Education is the bridge to opportunity. With our education program providers, we offer adults 18+ the skills and knowledge needed to earn a living wage and transform their futures.
