Donte to
Baby & Children's

Each child receives a week’s worth of clothing

Donations are accepted at 175 Jefferson Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14210, on Monday–Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. You do not need an appointment to drop off donations.

Reuse with a purpose!

More than 200 community service agencies send children living in poverty to Harvest House each year. You and your children can make a difference in the world by donating baby & children’s items you have outgrown but still have plenty of life in them.

Most of the items we gift to children in poverty have been donated through private individuals, clothing drives, "baby showers," and scouting projects. Through the generosity of individual donors, workplace & school activity days, and the proceeds of our Bottles for Babies™ Campaign, we are also able to purchase new items such as safe cribs, pack 'n plays, socks, and underwear.

Be intentional!

Your donation must be clean, organized, and in good condition. Please ensure that all toy/game/baby gear pieces are placed in a plastic bag and securely attached. We reserve the right to refuse donations that are in poor condition or not on our list. Our rule of thumb is, “Would I give this to my child or grandchild?”

What we won't

We cannot accept

  • Dirty, soiled, or torn clothing

  • Torn or dirty matresses

  • Adult men’s and women’s clothing, including maternity

  • Cribs, pop-up cribs, and baby gear manufactured before 2020

  • Household Goods

  • Adult puzzles & games

  • Any toys that look like a gun or are violent in nature
